Then, begin assessing how unexpected events could adversely impact your mission success. Seek CEO-level approval to build a Crisis Management Team and agree on a framework process you will use to manage a crisis. Begin identifying resources that you may need in a crisis and look for ways to ensure they’ll be available when you need them. And, of course, if you need additional help, consider bringing in an expert to help focus your efforts.
